Major William J. Collins, Jr. USMC

Major Collins has been a both a Marine and a licensed attorney for over 20 years serving as a Marine Judge Advocate.  He was selected as a House of Representatives’ Wounded Warrior Fellow serving as an Advisor to then Speaker Nancy Pelosi, with a portfolio that included armed services and veterans’ issues as well as the page program.  After completing the fellowship he was brought on the House Veterans Affairs Committee by Chairman Jeff Miller of Florida, as the Staff Director and Counsel for the Disability Assistance and Memorial Affair (DAMA) Subcommittee,
