Mission
Military Veterans Advocacy exists to protect the rights and benefits of active duty service members, veterans, and their families.
Our mission is to:
-
Provide training and education for active duty service members, veterans, families, and attorneys regarding military and veterans’ rights and benefits.
-
Litigate in federal courts and advocate for legislation that protects, expands, and enhances earned benefits.
-
Act decisively to defend and protect Constitutional rights within the military services.
Our Purpose
Military service does not end when the uniform comes off—but too often, the fight for justice begins there.
Our purpose is rooted in a simple truth: when systems designed to serve veterans fail, accountability must follow. MVA exists to confront those failures directly—through the courts, through Congress, and through education—so that service members and veterans are not left to navigate complex systems alone.
We do not simply address individual cases. We work to change policies, interpretations, and practices so that protections extend to thousands of service members and veterans now and in the future.
